I am a trauma informed coach with several years of experience in sexual violence prevention and support, I specialise in helping individuals who have experienced gender-based or sexual violence move forward in their healing journey.

I have worked as a support worker for survivors of human trafficking, prostitution, forced marriage, honor-based violence, sexual violence, and domestic violence providing both practical and emotional support.

Even after years of therapy, many people find themselves stuck in recounting their story, still living in the pain of the past. My practice is through a trauma-informed, intersectional feminist lens, supporting you to reconnect with your inner resources and discover your own way forward. I welcome you as you are, believing that you are whole and resourceful.

The topics explored are as varied as there are stars in the sky. Discussing the actual trauma is not necessary if that is not desired. However, selecting me as your trauma informed coach means I have a specific understanding of what it means to go through these experiences and how it impacts the rest of your life.

While the topics we explore can be heavy, I also believe healing benefits from moments of lightness. Humour, when it feels right, helps us breathe a little easier and reminds us that we are more than what has happened to us.
